Training is included in the Full Studio Design (2 hours, up to 3 people) and Build & Launch (4 hours, up to 5 people) packages. Sessions cover camera operation, lighting setup, audio gear, and your complete production workflow with real-world scenarios — not vague theory. If you start with a Studio Assessment, or need training for additional team members, sessions are available as an add-on for $497 each.

The goal is to maximize what you already own before recommending any new equipment.

With proven experience in creating platform-ready content, the consulting covers technical standards for every major platform — YouTube (16:9 4K), TikTok and Instagram Reels (9:16 vertical), LinkedIn (1:1 and 16:9), and more. You get guidance on aspect ratios, resolutions, codecs, export settings, and platform-specific best practices so your content is optimized from the start.

Yes. On-site consulting is available anywhere in the Greater Toronto Area at no extra cost — this includes Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and surrounding cities. For locations outside the GTA, travel is billed at the 2026 CRA standard mileage rate for Ontario — $0.73 per kilometre, calculated round-trip from Toronto.

Every package includes an on-site space assessment, tailored equipment recommendations matched to your budget, a studio layout plan, lighting and acoustic evaluation, and content format recommendations. The Full Studio Design adds hands-on training, file management structure, and a complete production workflow. Build & Launch goes further with on-site build supervision, equipment calibration, editing workflow design, and 90-day priority support. The Studio Assessment ($997) is credited in full if you upgrade within 30 days.
